Our size chart is visible on each product. We also customize as per the size. Request you to select the ‘Made to Order’ option for all custom sizing, and our team will get in touch. (For later )

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with You by email or by an electronic record on our Site which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. A request for the same shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site. The customer can e-mail us on contact email for the same.

RETURNS

Our styles are on a made to order basis & handcrafted individually for you. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns and refund. Only Exchange under the size issue

In any circumstances, if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us at

and our customer support will guide you on how to go further with it.

If you are a first time customer and you have made a mistake in selecting your size, you don’t have to worry. We will exchange it for you subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item(s) must be returned in the original condition received along with the original tags and the original sales invoice
All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided is considered part of the product and must be returned to initiate an exchange.
Return the goods within 5 business days of receiving it, in unused condition, along with the original tags and the original sales invoice.
Please use the services of a trusted courier agency of your choice to return the product.

Note – If you purchase a product from any Sale or Offer then that product is not eligible for exchange until and unless the product you have received differs from the one that you ordered.

Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.

No Products bought online on or through our website or any third party can be exchanged at our offline store or any Trunk Show in any circumstances.

All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.

Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.

All custom made orders are non-returnable.

Once we receive the shipment(s)

Our team will determine if it is fit for replacement and send you a mail informing you of the same.

If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability) or else can purchase a new item of the same amount.

The replaced item will be dispatched to your address immediately.

If deemed not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you.

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST applicable.

Shipping within India is free above 5000.

COURIER

We ship from our MUMBAI office via a reputed courier service and shipping is free within India above 5000. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the product page. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.aartimahtani.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. If your order has multiple products with different delivery dates, all products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order. Please note that aartimahtani.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code. For shipping to multiple addresses please contact us at EMAIL for assistance. We are also unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us at EMAIL for assistance.
