Return and Refund Policy
At Aartimahtani, we believe in giving the customer the best experience that they can get. Our return and refund policy is made so that a customer is always taken care of and their concerns are treated with the highest priority and regard.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products are handcrafted, and each product is unique and different from one another for this very reason. This is why no products are uniform in how they look and are not completely identical. Irregular weaver print is not treated as a defect. Any handloom, by definition, comes with uncertainty when talking about uniformity.
At Aartimahtani, to ensure a good customer experience and stand behind the quality of our products, we will replace the product free of cost in case the customer is not satisfied with the purchase.
Return Policy
We reserve the right to reject returns from any customer on several grounds. For example, if a customer sends frequent returns, we might reject the return.
We always carefully inspect a product before it leaves the warehouse. Even after that, if you are not satisfied with your experience of the purchase of the product, here is what you should do:
- Exchanges will be addressed within 30 days after the date of delivery. The customer service should be intimated within ten days of delivering the goods to the specified address.
- We will exchange the returned items free of cost.
- We do not believe in refunding any shipping charges, and in case the customer is needed to ship a product back to the company, they will have to bear the costs for shipping the product in case the customer’s pin code is out of pickup location.
- Products bought during sales season and at sale prices are non-returnable and hence non-refundable. Exchange or refund will be accepted only if the product is defective or is different from the description.
Claiming Refunds
For all card-related refunds, payment will be made to the original mode of payment, as used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when Aartimahtani sends a wrong item/color/size.
Refunds will be done in the following cases.
- Genuine sizing issues. The customer is requested to carefully read our size guides before purchasing.
- Genuine quality issues.
- If goods are lost in transit.
- If there is a discrepancy in the pricing and if the price charged is higher than the actual price.
- If a wrong item has been sent to you.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, and in such cases, a return form should be filled by the customer and included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be processed in the following cases.
- If there is a minor design or color variation.
- Incorrect or outdated address mentioned in the order.
- Incorrect address format of any form.
- After three failed delivery attempts by the Courier partner.
- If a customer or the recipient refuses the package.
- If products are returned in a damaged or used condition.
